We appreciate your interest in partnering with NECOEM as a sponsor.

NECOEM has been providing professional educational programming for occupational and environmental physicians and other clinicians in the region for over 50 years. Members of NECOEM represent some of the most published and influential physicians in the field.

Over the past several years, the annual NECOEM/MaAOHN Occupational Health Conference has grown to its current status as a nationally-recognized event attracting attendees from across the country to become the most well-attended component conference.

The conference attracts over 300 physician specialists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians in Occupational Medicine. The majority of these professionals hold prominent positions in corporate, academic and private practice settings.

Levels of sponsorship include general sponsorship or targeted sponsorship. Major event sponsorship is $5,000.00. In addition, there are general sponsorships available at all levels from $1,500.00. Please contact NECOEM's Executive Director for more information, necoem@comcast.net or 978-373-5597.

As a sponsor at any level, your company will be acknowledged on all printed or electronic conference materials and announced to the audience at the start of the program. Exhibit space is offered to all sponsors. Ample opportunity for sponsors to discuss their services and products add a dimension to this event unique in occupational medicine.

The NECOEM Reporter published three times a year and mailed to 500 NECOEM members and organizations with an interest in OEM is an excellent way to advertise your product or service. To post a job listing, NECOEM offers email blasts to its members.

NECOEM Sponsoship policy

NECOEM sponsors have no say in editorial policy or in any manner of written material presented on the website. Sponsors provide unrestricted educational grants and thus do not influence content of website information or any educational programs. All website content must be approved by the NECOEM Board of Directors and is solely dedicated to the educational mission of NECOEM.

• Website content decisions are made free from the control of commercial interests.  Commercial interests shall not make support contingent on the acceptance of advice about topics, podcasts, or educational matters, such as content or curricula development.
• A commercial supporter may never disburse payments directly to the Board of Directors or webmaster. The sponsor is responsible for disbursing funds directly to the NECOEM Treasurer or Executive Director.
• Commercial support will be disclosed to any interested party by contacting the NECOEM Executive Director.
• Participant information shall not be used for sales, marketing or tracking of prescription patterns without the specific knowledge of the NECOEM Board of Directors.
