ACCME Accreditation Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) and the New England College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (NECOEM). The ACOEM is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 12.75 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy: Substitutions may be made at any time without additional charge. The conference fee is refundable if cancellation is received by mail or facsimile by Saturday, November 20th. The entire fee is forfeited if cancellation is not received before the deadline or if a registrant does not attend the conference. Substitutions/cancellations must be made in writing.
