Attendee Fee Schedule

Early Bird rates valid through September 10th:

  • NECOEM or MaAOHN member – $450
  • NECOEM or MaAOHN non-member – $515
  • Resident – $150
  • Student – Free

Standard rates valid September 11th through November 10th:

  • NECOEM or MaAOHN member – $475
  • NECOEM or MaAOHN non-member – $540
  • Resident – $150
  • Student – Free

Onsite rates valid after November 11th:

  • NECOEM or MaAOHN member – $495
  • NECOEM or MaAOHN non-member – $575
  • Resident – $150

Attendee Cancellation Policy

Due to venue requirements, refunds will be issued for cancellations received only before Friday, October 30th, 2026. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for any refunds. Substitutions received one week prior to the start of the conference may be made without an additional charge. Refunds or credits will not be issued after Friday, October 30th, 2026.

Changes to Registration Type (in person vs virtual) must also be completed before Friday, October 30th, 2026. A request to change from in person to virtual or vice versa after October 30th, 2026 cannot be accommodated.
