Would you like to add a vendor booth to your sponsorship package? Conference vendors are offered sponsorship packages at a 20% discount.

Yes – Please abandon this form and instead register your vendor booth and sponsorship package on the vendor registration form. This will allow you to take advantage of our 20% sponsorship package discount.

Additional Company Representatives

Sponsorship packages include registration for one (1) company representative attendee, except for the BOD Dinner Sponsor, which comes with two (2). If you would like to purchase more company representative registrations for a discounted rate of $300 per attendee, please indicate how many here. We will then be in touch with you to confirm additional attendee details.

Presidents Reception Registration

Please join us at the annual President’s Reception, held concurrently with the annual Poster Session, on Monday, November 16th from 5:45-7:15pm. Registration includes access to the event, one drink ticket, and hors d’oeuvres. A cash bar will also be featured. This is a wonderful opportunity for networking with some of our key attendees in a relaxed environment.
