    Vendor packages include registration for up to two (2) company representatives. Please use the following fields to provide details about your company representatives who will be attending. This information will be used for us to pre-register your attendees. *Note: You have an option further below in this form to register additional attendees at a reduced rate.

  • Vendor & Sponsorship Packages

    Please provide more information regarding how your company would like to be involved in the conference. All packages are offered on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Please choose your vendor booth package. The Premier Vendor Package will place your booth in the Main Foyer. The Standard Vendor Package will place your booth in the Vendor Pavilion Room just outside of the Ballroom and Main Foyer. Please reference the 2026 Vendor & Sponsor Prospectus for more information.
  • Vendor booth packages include registration for two (2) company representative attendees. If you would like to purchase more company representative registrations for a discounted rate of $300 per attendee, please indicate how many here. We will then be in touch with you to confirm additional attendee details.

  • Please join us at the annual President’s Reception, held concurrently with the annual Poster Session, on Monday, November 16th from 5:45-7:15pm. Registration includes access to the event, one drink ticket, and hors d’oeuvres. A cash bar will also be featured. This is a wonderful opportunity for networking with some of our key attendees in a relaxed environment.

  • Conference vendors are offered sponsorship packages at a 20% discount. Sponsorship provide a unique opportunity for organizations to showcase their brand more broadly through additional conference marketing, thereby demonstrating company support for occupational health, NECOEM, and MaAOHN.
