Standard rate registration fees are available through November 10th. NECOEM & MaAOHN members - $475; Non-members - $540; Residents - $150; Students - $0; *Retirees are offered a $100 discount. See below for more details.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received before Friday, October 30th, 2026. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for any refunds. Substitutions received one week prior to the start of the conference may be made without an additional charge. Refunds or credits will not be issued after Friday, October 30th, 2026.
