AAOHN Nursing Credit:   American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN) Accreditation Statement:  This activity has been approved for 11.75 contact hours.  AAOHN is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurse’s Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

CCMC: This program has been pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to Certified Case Managers (CCMs) to provide up to 12 continuing education credits to certified case managers (CCM’s).

Risk Management: This activity meets the criteria of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for 3.25 hours of Risk Management Credit.

Electronic Medical Records Training: This activity meets the criteria of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for .75 hour of training in the electronic medical record.

AAPA: The American Academy of Physician Assistants accepts Category 1 CME for completion of NCCPA certification maintenance and state regulatory requirements.

ABIH: ABIH has previously awarded CM credit for this event. The current event can be claimed for CM credit. See “CM Credit for Educational Events” at www.abih.org.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION (PAYMENT):  Registrations must be submitted with full payment. Payment may be made by check or purchase order issued to NECOEM, or by Visa, Master Card, or American Express Card either online at www.necoem.org, by fax or by mail. SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY:  Substitutions may be made at any time without additional charge. The conference fee, less a $75 administrative charge, is refundable if cancellation is received by mail or facsimile at least ten business days prior to the conference (by Wednesday, November 16th).  The entire fee is forfeited if cancellation is not received before the deadline or if a registrant does not attend the conference. Substitutions/cancellations must be made in writing.
